SERGIO FERNÁNDEZ
PARTNER
Sergio was born in 1975 in Paraguay. He obtained the degrees of Notary Public and Lawyer in 2002, a degree in Specialization in Criminal Law in 2003 and a degree in Political Science in 2010. He began practicing in the District Attorney's Office in 2002. In May 2006, he established the FERSA law office. Sergio specializes in the fight against counterfeiting, copyright infringement, litigation, criminal law and environmental law. He speaks Spanish, Portuguese and Guarani.
LETICIA SALOMONI
PARTNER
Leticia was born in 1970 in Paraguay. She obtained the degree of Notary Public and Political Science in 2001, as well as her degree of Law at the University of the North. She began the practice as an investment expert in 1992 in ProParaguay (now Rediex). She joined an intellectual property law firm in 2000 and subsequently established the FERSA law firm with Sergio Fernández in May 2006. Leticia specializes in Intellectual Property Law. She speaks Spanish, English and French.
SYLVANA SALOMONI

Sylvana was born in 1972 in Paraguay. She is registered as an official translator with the Justice Supreme Court of Paraguay. She joined FERSA in January 2012. She has extensive experience in Diplomatic Affairs. She speaks Spanish, English and French.
BRENDA SPINA
Brenda was born in 1994 in Paraguay. Brenda is a law student at the Universidad Nacional de Asunción (UNA). She is currently in her final year. She is member of the team that represented the UNA in the International Arbitration Competition in its XI edition held in Bogotá, Colombia. She considers the exercise of its work, not as a trade, but as a transcendental social role for the solution of conflicts. She joined FERSA Abogados in September 2017 and since then she has been working as a Paralegal in Intellectual Property matters of the firm. Speaks Spanish, English and Guarani.
